N2  - This article discusses a pedestrian education program instituted in Longmont, Colorado by Debra Sadar, a Traffic Signal Technician. The program is designed to teach first and second graders the proper operation and timing of pedestrian signals. In the fall of 1992 she expanded the program and presented it to senior citizens at the local senior homes and centers.<p />
