N2  - For the first time, the "Gesetz zur Einordnung des Rechts der gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung in das Sozialgesetzbuch (Unfallversicherungs-Einordnungsgesetz UVEG)" from August 7, 1996, defines the term "accident" in the social accident insurance, as expressed since January 1, 1997, in 8 I Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB) VII.
