N2  - The proposed hypothesis is that the effects of changing weather patterns on mood and behaviour are mediated by electrical processes in acupuncture points. Atmospheric electricity affects the state of acupuncture points. This change causes alterations in the functioning of neurotransmitters in the central nervous system, which leads to a shift in the psychological condition.
