TY - JOUR PY - 2007// TI - Innocents convicted: An empirically justified factual wrongful conviction rate JO - Journal of criminal law and criminology A1 - Risinger, DM SP - 761 EP - 806 VL - 97 IS - 3 N2 - To a great extent, those who believe that our criminal justice system rarely convicts the factually innocent and those who believe such miscarriages are rife have generally talked past each other for want of any empirically justified factual innocence wrongful conviction rate.
