N2  - Laryngo-tracheal traumatisms are not frequent at peace time. They are life-threatening chirurgical situations. They frequently use to be multiple lesions and attaining several anatomic regions. They are considered mortal situations if they are localized in head and neck regions. We report one case of such pathology in a 33 years old male who suffered a laryngeal and thoracic injury for firearm.<p />  <p>Language: es</p>
