%X Ways in which psychotherapists may become involved in litigation when clients first recall childhood abuse while in therapy are discussed. The risks associated with therapeutic techniques such as hypnosis or guided imagery, dream interpretation, survivors' groups, bibliotherapy, inferences of abuse from symptoms and working to overcome "denial," are identified. Recommendations for prudent practice are made.<p />
