%X This article examines the ambit of the offence created by the Suicide Act 1961 s.2. If A helps or encourages B to travel from England and Wales to a clinic in Switzerland (or any other jurisdiction where assisted suicide is lawful1) in the knowledge that B will end his own life there, does A thereby commit any such offence?
