%X The aim of this work is to analyse the relative impacts of various gap acceptance attributes on the capacity of unsignalized intersection approaches using the INTEGRATION traffic simulation model. In particular, an unsignalized intersection with conflicting flows is microscopically simulated using INTEGRATION's supply-demand gap acceptance logic. Simulation results are discussed in the context of current gap acceptance theory and capacity estimation procedures.
Language: en
