%X Shoulder harnesses can be a source of thoracic injury in motor vehicle crashes. Sternal and rib fractures are most commonly reported. A brief review of lung hernias is provided as well as a brief discussion of the thoracic manifestations of the seatbelt syndrome.

Language: en
