%X Delinquent youth have a strong interest in the world of work. They perceive active participation in the job market as an opportunity to be independent and relatively free from adult controls, but they have little knowledge of job demands. They have misconceptions concerning the qualifications required to obtain certain jobs; their vocational aspirations are often un realistic because of poor insight into their own capacities.<p />
