%X A study has been carried out of the movement of staff and visitors in a large, modern, multi-storey office building. Analysis of the data, and comparison with the designers' original intentions, indicate that some assumptions of office layout practice may not be valid. Suggestions toward a plan involving minimum movement cost are given.<p />
