%X Ferrum college has settled a lawsuit by admitting 'shared responsibility' for a student's students suicide. According to Ferrum's lawyers, the college acknowledges that there were errors in judgement and communication by [college] personnel' leading up to the death of Michael Frentzel. Ferrum has agreed to change its crisis intervention procedures and to improve its counselling and support services for students.<p />
