%X A religious community of nuns, in which institutional change has resulted in a situation of structural anomie, is examined with a view to discovering what types of persons in the community experience individual feelings of anomie. The data point to the conclusion that three variables are operating to determine individual anomie: authoritarianism, traditionalism, and a non-rational orientation.<p />
