%X This article is about destructive aggressive behaviour which was and would be one of the most sensitive aspects of psychiatric care. We present an attempt to arrange different types of aggression along a continuum, from idea-motivated forms to forms with psychomotor character only, without participation of the will. The psychopharmacological agents with proven anti-aggressive efficacy are discussed and model clinical cases are presented.<p /><p>Language: en</p>
