%X A case of acute acalculous cholecystitis in a two year-old girl that undergone drowning in sweet water is reported. Cerebral death was diagnosed and the organs donation was authorized. A biliary peritonitis secondary to gallbladder perforation was met during organs extraction. The liver was rejected.<p /><p>Language: es</p>
