abstract="This review addresses a number of questions concerning collaborative neighborhood problem-solving. Theoretical conceptualizations, case studies, and empirical literature are reviewed in an effort to understand the nature of the collaborative process. Although this review focuses on mandated collaboration in human services activities, the information is relevant to a wide variety of planning applications. A model for neighborhood-based collaborative problem-solving developed for the United Way of Franklin County is also presented.<p />",
