abstract="Many chemical products can be used for terrorist purposes, as they have the potential for seriously intoxicating many people and creating a risk of secondary contamination. Despite precautions taken by the authorities with respect to emergency responses and equipment for protection, decontamination and treatment, victim management remains difficult.
