abstract="MoSi2 alloy samples contained various W were prepared with Mo, W and Si powder as raw materials by mechanical activation combining with hot pressing sintering technology. The microstructure of the MoSi2 alloy was observed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results show that the MoSi2 alloy containing W element is mainly composed of MoSi2 phase, (Mo, W)Si2 solid solution phase and a little Mo4.8Si3C0.6 phase. With W addition, grain size is refined in range of 59.7-78.6 nm which exhibits nano-crystalline structure as a result of causing the increase of microstrain of MoSi2 and the decrease of grain size and the matrix is strengthened. With increasing in W addition, lattice constant and lattice volume are increased in the MoSi2 alloy with the decrease of the density.<p /><p>Language: zh</p>",
