An observation with MADRS scale in seven nursing homes show a high prevalence of psychiatric troubles. The intervention of gerontopsychiatric workers could: (1) appraise, (2) have a therapeutic role and (3) help the elderly nursing home workers to anticipate, diffuse crises, and help the families. This work would complete the pluriprofessionnal competences of the institution. © 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
