abstract="It has been suggested that coverage of suicide stories in the mass media is most likely to influence those who are already vulnerable. The majority of research has been concerned with cause and effect; the effect of suicide stories on suicide rates, more than the social construction of the suicide stories themselves. However, it is now widely recognized that some media effects are determined by a number of factors including the source of the message, the nature of the message itself and the quantity and quality of information. These aspects determined the media to act with more attention in suicide cases.<p /><p>Language: romanian</p>",
