abstract="AIM: To explore the risk factors of suicidal behavior in patients with depression, so as to provide evidence for preventing suicide.

METHODS: Totally 221 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of the 2nd edition of Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders (CCMD-2-R) were collected. The risk factors correlated with suicidal behavior of depression were analyzed with multiple Logistic regression.

RESULTS: There were 71 cases (32.1%) who had attempted suicide. The suicide behaviors were positively related with hopelessness [relative risk (RR) = 9.312], negative life events(RR = 3.843), family history of suicide (RR = 3.625), delusion(PR = 3.567) and self-blame(PR = 2.982) (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSION: Hopelessness, negative life events, family history of suicide, delusion and self-blame are the risk factors of suicidal behaviors in patients with depression.

Language: zh
",
