abstract="The professional facing suicide - legal framework and responsibilities-The purpose of this contribution is to initiate a reflexion about the medical interveners'actions within the problematic of suicide and the assistance to it, in order to allow an orientation taking into account the true interest of the person commiting suicide whilst respecting the legal frame in force. After a short overview of the various legal provisions at issue e aswell as their evolution in the near future, the questions and jurisprudential criterions related to the liability of said medical actors are raised and developped.
