abstract="To overcome the theoretical and practical defects of work risk pre-control management system, underlying assumption of work safety and safety domain maintenance principle were put forward. Then in view of database transaction and contract programming, work safety transaction as well as its MICRT feature were introduced, and furthermore a work safety transaction management system based on safety domain maintenance principle was established. The results show that underlying presumption of safety domain maintenance principle are the basic foundation of work safety management. Work elements are kept within the known safety domain given the MICRT feature of work safety transaction theory, and the transaction management system includes system elements, system operation mode and work safety transaction management information system. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal<p /><p>Language: zh</p>",
