abstract="In order to address complex occupational health psychology problems faced by construction practitioners of contractors，through literature review method，limitations of current researches were combed and analyzed from aspects of major research perspective and content，data ⁃ driven mode and acquisition method，impact analysis paradigm and tools，and psychological intervention mechanism，etc.. Then，possible directions for future researches were presented. The results show that future researches should focus on long ⁃ term complex psychological problems of construction practitioners to develop strict causality relationships and reveal mechanism of such problems by adopting longitudinal design and diversified data analysis methods. Furthermore，intervention experiments should be carried out to further verify effectiveness of the mechanism and propose feasible intervention plan for the industry，so as to provide effective guidance for improving occupational health psychology management of construction practitioners in China. © 2020 China Safety Science Journal.
