abstract="In order to deeply study the mechanism of airline safety integrity, the factors influencing airline employees' safety integrity, contributing factors and causal relationship were analyzed based on cases analysis and SEM. The results show that the unsafe integrity behavior of the group is derived from 4 aspects: rules and procedural documents, safety integrity culture, safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism and safety guarantee capability, that the perfection and implementation of rules and procedural documents have a significant positive impact on the construction of safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism, that the safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism have a positive impact on the safety guarantee capability, that safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism play a mediating role in the relation between rules and procedural documents and safety integrity culture, that safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism play a mediating role in the relation between rules and procedural documents and safety assurance capability, that safety integrity culture plays a partial mediating role between safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism and safety guarantee ability, and that rules and procedural documents are the root-level influencing factors, safety management system and bonus-penalty mechanism, safety integrity culture are the middle-level influencing factors, and safety guarantee ability is the surface-level influencing factor. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal.
