abstract="In order to monitor abnormal physiological conditions of workers in confined space so as to ensure operation safety and their lives and health, the best signal acquisition position was obtained based on analysis on signal quality of 6 measurement positions at wrist. Then, considering accident causes, physiological parameters such as heart rate, pulse period, and amplitude were extracted from PPG signal as evaluation indicators, and a wrist pulsation physiological information monitoring device for people with special operations in limited space was developed. Afterwards, system stability was tested. The results show that inner center of wrist is the best signal collection position, and the device operates stably in confined space motion state, which can realize real-time non-invasive monitoring and early warning of workers' physiological state. © 2021 China Safety Science Journal<p /><p>Language: zh</p>",
