abstract="In order to elevate the level of occupational disease prevention in railway locomotive manufacturing enterprises,an occupational-disease-prevention system was established. Enterprise occupational disease hazard factors, concentration and intensity were analyzed, the key control points of occupational disease prevention was judged and identified, reasons of exceeding was analysed, the standard and control measures and suggestions were put forward.The establishment of occupational disease prevention management system was discussed based on the results of investigation and analysis, from the overall framework, three dimensions of prevention, treatment and protection, six aspects of hazard management, preliminary prevention, basic management, site management, emergency management and related party management were explained systematically. Research results show that casting, polishing, water resistance experiment, air compressor station, driving test and painting operation point are the key control points of occupational diseases in railway locomotive manufacturing enterprises. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal<p /><p>Language: zh</p>",
