abstract="In order to enhance the core competitiveness of China railway express in the international freight market, design and optimize the business process of China railway express, development trend and current business process of China railway express were combed and summarized, understanded the problems existing in the business process of China railway express, five recommended measures and optimization plans were proposed from improved the efficiency of business processes and improved the improvement of service quality. The results show that process solves the problems of lack of collaborative office and unsmooth information communication, leading to long process cycles and poor service quality, and ensures the smooth implementation and sustainable development of China railway express in the international freight market. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal<p /><p>Language: zh</p>",
