abstract="Review of a personal series of winter accidents revealed a significant number of knee epiphysial lesions attributable to falling from a toboggan. Since such injuries may lead to growth disturbances, some typical cases are presented. 'V-type' osteotomy proved very effective in the correction of residual axial deviation. The importance of following patients until growth is completed is stressed.<p />",
