abstract="This paper presents the requirement for a teleoperation system for an autonomous vehicle. To derive the requirements, first we researched the ToD(Tele-operated Driving) related works: standards, papers, patents, and interviews with global ToD solution providers. Then we identified two key features, 'Total Latency' and 'Network Bandwidth,' for stable ToD. The ToD solution consists of many systems including the camera, control, network, and graphic user interface, etc. In this paper, we focus on the camera and network system that mostly impact the above two key features. For the camera system, FHD(Full-HD, 1920×1080) resolution is the minimum requirement. Also, 5 Mbps or above bitrate is needed to clearly recognize objects around the vehicle when the video is compressed by H.264 codec. For the network system, the channel bonding technique, which was essential for ToD on the previous 4G network, is still required for ToD even on 5G mobile network.<p /> <p>Language: ko</p>",
