abstract="Recently various driving support systems have been developed to improve safety and reduce driver's stress. It is necessary to design systems based on information that human driver perceives and gives better feeling of confidence. In order to clarify the information, we focused on optical sensation. Through the in-vehicle research, we find that expert drivers use smooth pursuit eye movement when they track the line precisely. As a result, we propose optical flow modeling that reflects vehicle movement and eye movement.
