abstract="Sense of self-agency (perceived control) has been proposed in psychology field and means &quot;I am the initiator or source of the action&quot;. In this study, psychological experiments using a simple driving simulator were conducted focusing on how operator's sense of self-agency changes corresponding to a degree of assistance against a disturbed operation environment. The result showed that sense of self-agency was maintained when the degree was moderate, whereas the sense was decreased when the degree of assistance was high.
