abstract="Shoulder harnesses can be a source of thoracic injury in motor vehicle crashes. Sternal and rib fractures are most commonly reported. We present a case of a traumatic anterior lung herniation secondary to shoulder harness trauma in a motor vehicle crash victim with multiple injuries.
