abstract="For characteristic of mixed-traffic, the capacity arithmetic based on pedestrian crossing character is not absolutely rational and veracious. Through the spot transportation investigation, bicycle's and electric-cell bicycle's converting coefficients relative to pedestrian were gained using time-space resource of crossing facilities as converting standard for the first time. Introducing mixed-crossing horizontal-influence reducing coefficient, the paper modified the capacity formula of mid-block street crossing, and put forward pedestrian cross-street green time formula on condition of signal control. The formulas can guide the establishment of mid-block street crossing signal control project, and provide foundation for the research of coordination between the signals of mid-block street crossing and intersection.<p />",
