abstract="A 26-year-old patient was addressed in emergency for haemorrhagic shock due to thoracic and abdominal multiple knife-related injuries. A surgical exploration revealed wounds of the right ventricular free wall, right lung, and diaphragmatic that were all sutured. Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) was not performed before surgery due to patient's instability.
