abstract="This article describes a conceptual approach for applying estimates of the loss of the pleasure of life -- estimates of "hedonic" damages -- to personal injury cases. Forensic economists will note that this interdisciplinary approach involving psychologists and economists is analogous to the interrelated work of vocational experts and economists in personal injury cases.",
