abstract="The capacities of systemic standard graded medical rehabilitation were assessed in 469 patients carried out surgical intervention for severe craniocerebral injury at Saint-Petersburg hospitals in 2010-2017. As a result of neurorehabilitation system introduction rates of infectious-inflammatory complications associated with physical inactivity were significantly decreased. An average length of stay at hospital was decreased from 34±5 to 23±4 days. At discharge from neurosurgical hospital the Barthel index of activities of daily living was 42±8 points. After inpatient rehabilitation course an average Barthel index was increased to 70±6 points. And after outpatient rehabilitation course an average Barthel index had reached 70±6 points.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>   Оценены возможности системной стандартизованной этапной медицинской реабилитации 469 пациентов, оперированных по поводу тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмы в лечебных учреждениях Санкт-Петербурга в период 2010-2017 гг. В результате внедрения в работу учреждений здравоохранения мегаполиса предложенной организационной системы нейрореабилитации достоверно снизилась частота возникновения инфекционно-воспалительных осложнений, связанных с длительной гиподинамией. Средний койко-день нахождения больных пожилого возраста в нейрохирургическом отделении сократился с 34±5 до 23±4 сут. При выписке из нейрохирургических отделений средний индекс активной повседневной жизни Бартел составил 42±8 баллов. После курса восстановительного лечения в стационарных отделениях и центрах медицинской реабилитации средний индекс Бартел возрос до 70±6 баллов. По окончанию курса лечения в отделениях медицинской реабилитации амбулаторно-поликлинических учреждений индекс Бартел достиг 78±6 баллов.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>",
