abstract="The relationship between suicide and personality has been widely studied.To have a further understanding of the relationship between suicide ideation and personality,this article reviewed the personality traits closely related with suicide ideation,including impulsive,aggressive,perfectionism,nervous and personality disorder,such as borderline personality disorder,antisocial personality disorder,narcissistic personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.Besides,it also put forward the limitations of former researches,which included the single-dimension of the focused group,the inconsistent of personality assessment tools,and the lack of personality-centered mediation study.
