abstract="This is a presentation of two sexually compulsive ephebophiles, men who are sexually attracted to adolescent boys, and a brief summary of five sexually compulsive ephebophiles who comprise a therapy group. Current DSM-IV and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria do not adequately address this population, and the published literature on ephebophilia is minimal. The author concludes that appropriate treatment today must include a 12-step recovery program for the sexual compulsion and therapy in a group composed exclusively of ephebophiles to address the psychological and emotional issues related to the attraction to minors.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
