abstract="In research with recovering addicts and co-addict/partners who are parents, the majority of the participants are concerned with what to tell their children about sexual addiction. Additionally, parents want to speak to their children about sexual health, protect them from abusive sexual situations and provide guidance about difficult sexual topics, but do not know when to begin or what to say. This article provides therapists and other helpers with suggestions to help recovering parents be good sex educators of their children and help stop the cycles of abuse and misuse of sexuality.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
