abstract="The railroad is utilized as a important traffic means of modern society. For public peace on related railroad, there are several organization as railroad special judicial police attached to Korail, and Subway Police in Big Cities such as Seoul Metro, Seoul Metropolitan Railroad Corporation, Busan Transportation Corporation, Incheon City Railroad Corporation, Daegu Railroad Corporation. The Subway Police is belonged the District Police Agencies. For example Seoul Subway Police is attached to Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. In the past time of The National Railroad Administration, it is reasonable to accomplish that the public servant of government perform to maintain public peace and order in the area of railroad and the inside of the train, but these days, for Korail, that is Korea Railroad Corporation show up a public enterprise, it makes consideration with a view point of balance because there are many public corporation in Korea, which corporation may not demand to offer public peace service for national institution. The railroad special judicial police, subway police team, order maintenance team as petition police, it is desirable to cooperate each other, however it is not problem to solve easily. It is a way to integrate between the national police agency and the railroad special judicial police, and another way to enlarge railroad judicial police organization.<p />",
