abstract="The Positivist Criminology in Brazil, contributed to the creation and strengthening of stereotypes that influence recent social relations. Criminology, as a science, strengthened the idea called &quot;feminine ideal&quot;, being, standard behaviors, considered &quot;natural&quot; and expected to women. One of the issues that drew most attention was sexuality, which created rough standards and prejudices that persists until nowadays.
