abstract="Thoracic aortic injuries need emergency treatment, but have a high mortality rate. Prompt appropriate diagnosis is crucial to rescue the patient. Endovascular repair has been a useful approach for patients who suffer from hemodynamic instability due to massive bleeding and multiple traumatic injuries. However, open repair can be applied on patients who are inappropriate for thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) or in hemodynamic stability. We present 3 cases of blunt aortic injury, who treated by TEVAR in 2 cases and open repair in 1 case.<p /> <p>Language: ja</p>",
