abstract="The thermal diffusivity of glass wool at two bulk densities is reported, and it is found that the thermal conductivity of the composite assembly varies significantly with density. This is in contrast to such materials as sawdust and cereal grain, where moderate rises in density are accompanied only by very slight changes in the thermal conductivity.<p />",
