abstract="Clinico-statistical analysis of the role of pathogenic grounds for prediction of the first attack of alcoholic psychosis and its course was performed in 689 patients with alcoholic psychoses. The patients concentrated within the age group of 20 to 39 years. In the control group (without the pathological grounds) this period is shifted to 35-49 years. The authors concluded that younger patients of the main group are at higher risk of alcoholic psychosis due to the impact of high risk factors on the progress rate of the disease.<p /><p>Language: ru</p>",
