abstract="A comparative analysis of 408 cases of craniocerebral trauma (CCT) has revealed a considerable influence of hypertension on clinical manifestations of CCT. It has been found that in hypertensive patients the incidence of secondary acute impairments of the cerebral circulation predominantly of the ischemic type with less marked hypertensive and dislocation syndromes was 4-5 fold higher than in patients with normal blood pressure.<p /><p>Language: ru</p>",
