abstract="A total of 100 patients with sequelae of head traumas (concussion, contusion) were examined for the status of nonspecific cerebral systems. Forty healthy subjects comprised a control group. Combined examination of vegetative, electropolygraphic and neuropsychological systems made it possible to identify a syndrome of psychovegetosomatic disregulation in patients with a history of neurotrauma. It is suggested that the above syndrome is the key mechanism of head trauma consequences and that its development is related to dysfunction of nonspecific cerebral systems.<p /><p>Language: ru</p>",
