abstract="A phase character of neuroendocrine disorders and their relationship with the neurological symptoms were established in patients with contusion of the brain. A long duration of the adrenergic-corticoid stage depending on the severity of the craniocerebral trauma was revealed. Regression of the neurological symptoms occurs in the stage of corticosteroid concentration reduction. Not all hormonal disorders disappear in the anabolic stage and the stage of restoration of the fat resources; this calls for pathogenetic correction with due consideration for the phase character of the course of the craniocerebral trauma.<p /><p>Language: ru</p>",
