abstract="Effects of organizational climates on violations in organizations are examined by questionnaire research. We mainly take up organizational climates of &quot;Person-Oriented Thinking Styles (POTS),&quot; the tendency of attaching importance to &quot;person&quot; information in evaluation of matters. Study 1 shows that POTS climates affect admission of violations clearly (N= 310). The reliability of the covariance structure model as a result of Study 1 is confirmed in Study 2 (N= 492). This study also shows that there are more violations in organizations which have higher degree of POTS. Individual psychological features of POTS are examined in Study 3. Psychological approaches of POTS for violation prevention are discussed.<p /><p>Language: ja</p>",
