abstract="Media has played a major role in shaping children's upbringing and behavior in the current period of intensive development because of scientific and technical progress. It should be unfortunately noted that, this issue was indeed negligent which people passed over of these problems. Some of these elements which are alien to our national values, mentality and generation so clinched to our lives that we often think that life is dull without them Taking into account the factors which play an important role in the formation of the person as the true identity we can say that the role of the family has great influence in the up bring of children. It is a fact that we live in an easy time to obtain and use of modern technology equipment. However, there is such a difficulty. To be more clearer, young generation’s hours use of social networks itself became unmanaged case , their purpose of spending time on computer and internet networks more for enjoy than science, education or knowledge. Continuing of these in uncontrolled manner puts us face to face with problems. In particular, the hours which children spend in front of a screen harms their developing body more and reflects in the neurological and psychological concerns. According to experts sit in front of the screen before sleeping causes insomnia. Parents are the first educators in the reduction of such cases. In the article, how to protect children from useless TV programs or how to provide them not to damage from these TV programs are mentioned.
